I will be permanently transferring out of the province for work as of February 1, 2017. As a result, I am looking for someone to take over my apartment from then onward. Apartment can be available earlier as I will be working out of town most of January.
The apartment is beautiful and quite spacious. It is definitely one of the nicest in the entire building. It is on the very top floor, which is accessible with two working elevators. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The total area is 1200 square feet. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet private bathroom, and a private balcony. The living area also has a private balcony. Both balconies have beautiful views of the water. During the summer you can also see the Firework display from Fort Henry (you can't hear the noise though). The building has card laundry, an outdoor pool, a social room, and out-door parking ($35/month). Snow is cleared away during the winter so there is no need to worry about shovelling. Water is included in the rent. Utilities are billed separately and average around 75 a month (though I tend to like it quite warm in the winter).
Just a 4-minute drive away is a small "shopping" complex with outlet stores, the Landmark Cinema, Shoppers, Bulk Barn, Canadian Tire, LCBO, No Frills, and more! The building is also right next to the bus stop.
