My roommate is moving out by the end of November, thus I am looking for a young professional to share this fabulous unit starting November 30th, 2016. Highlights of the apartment:
- Perfect location. Literally 5 minutes walk to 3rd Street Promenade, and 10 minutes walk to the Santa Monica pier and the beach. It's right in the heart of Santa Monica. The popular Blue Daisy is downstairs, and the Umami Broadway is next door.
- Modern interior and appliance, central A/C, laundry in the unit. The apartment comes with washer, dryer, stove, oven, dish washer, etc. You'll find the details in the pictures.
- Secure, gated building and garage. The building has patrol during the night time, and gates for the garage downstairs. This unit comes in with 2 parking spots (certainly I have one; the other one is yours.)
- Spacious and bright. The room is about 1,036 sq ft., which is very rare in Santa Monica south of Wilshire at its price
- Top floor and open view from the balcony. The room is on the top floor of the building and has an open view from the balcony. Perfect spot to enjoy the breeze now that summer is facing out...
The rental is $1715 for the smaller room and $1785 for the master room. Non-negotiable (sorry) since the total is what the leasing office puts on the table and this is the best split. However, if you have done some research for apartments in downtown Santa Monica, come over and take a look, and you'll know the rent is very reasonable and almost a rare found. I live in the master room, but if you really like to switch, I'm flexible with it.
It will be a one year lease and you will need to sign with the leasing office once you decide. Move in date is Nov 30 and after. Some of the furniture in the photos belong to my roommate, so when she moves out, they'll be gone too. Let me know your needs, open to discuss!
