The pool is cleaned twice a week on Monday and Friday. The jacuzzi is not heated as it is an extension of the pool. Upon arrival, the apartment will receive basic supplies to ensure a comfortable stay on the first day. It's approximately 2 miles from the University of Miami, a short 10-minute drive to the historic Coral Gables, and just under 15 minutes to Coconut Grove. Smoking is not allowed inside, as it may lead to a fine. Avoid excessive noise, as the property is located in a residential area. Check-in time is at 16:00 and check-out time is at 11:00.
