Looking for a subleaser to take over my one bedroom apartment pretty much any day in December. I'm buying my first home and close Dec 1 so my move out is flexible. I would already pay for December so there's no cost for you for that month if you want to move in before January. Rent is $775 for January of the sublease but the continued year lease after that will be $795. After initial year lease, it goes month to month with notice. No minimum credit score required but they do a background check for criminal and rental history. Will need proof of income and gross salary 2.5 times rent. Limit of 2 persons for the one bedrooms. Up to two cats are allowed with additional deposit. Otherwise, the standard deposit is $300 but may require more if credit comes back borderline. $35 application fee (additional $10 if you have lived outside MN in the last 10 years) that is not refundable. Located just off 41 & 212 so easy commute to surrounding communities. Across 41 from Super Targe and close to KwikTrip. Awesome walking trails right behind garages too along with a playground off the side of the building for the little ones.
