The bedroom area features a queen bed, and the bathroom is spacious. Furnishings and Amenities include: Queen-size Bed, Bed Linens, Closets, Sofa, Coffee Table, Lamps, Dining Table, Small Appliances (Microwave, Toaster, etc.), Cooking Basics, Dishwasher, Clothing Iron, Hair Dryer, WiFi, Cable TV, Flatscreen Television, Air Conditioning, Outdoor Area. No smoking or pets permitted. Three families are long-term residents of the building and ask that there be NO SMOKING on the property at all times--the smoke filters into their rooms and lingers for several days. We reserve the right to charge you a $500 cleaning fee if there is evidence of smoking during your stay. Thank you for cooperating. The neighborhood: We are in the Presidio area, close to the Park, the Golden Gate Bridge, and Golden Gate Park. The Bridge is a favorite with visitors who want to walk or bike it across the bay. A bit further away is Golden Gate Park, which has a botanical garden, a Japanese tea house, the DeYoung Museum, the Cal Academy of Sciences, and many other great attractions. The area is a good combination of residential and commercial areas, so it is easy to find a place to eat or get groceries. Getting around: Bus routes 1 and 2 are about 1 mins away from the home. These routes go across California Street, which take you through Japantown and downtown, all the way to the Embarcadero. Services run about every 15 mins and usually work 24hrs. Street parking is available. Guests are required to sign a lease. There is a 1.8% fee on the monthly rate that is applied to all bookings.
