Mirador 1000 has 457 condo residences comprised of studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom floor plans ranging in size from 543 to 3,577 interior square feet. The units at Mirador 1000 feature hurricane impact-resistant windows and stacked sliding glass balcony doors. It should be noted, however, the units at Mirador 1000 do NOT include an in-unit washer and dryer. The building has community laundry rooms.
