The main level bedroom is the king bed master suite with a private bath and walk-in closet. On the lower level, you'll find ample room for entertaining and another full bathroom. Sleeping options are abundant, with two more bedrooms and a small seating area with a twin over full bunk bed as well as a sleeper sofa. The roof and one upstairs king bedroom are under maintenance, so this bedroom is closed to guests. The home usually sleeps 19, but can now accommodate 17. Due to liability reasons, fireplaces are decorative only and not for guest use. This home does have a steep staircase that may be challenging for small children or guests with mobility issues. There are also two upper-level balconies to consider if you're bringing small children. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc., in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home, a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. Other events are permitted at the home only with prior approval. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay. Pets are not allowed on the property or inside the home. If a pet is found on the property, a deep cleaning fee of $500 will be charged and guests will be required to depart immediately with no refunds given.
