Guests have their own private entrance. The studio has a queen size murphy bed that is easy to lift out of the way if you want more room in the apartment and then can be pulled down to sleep. The kitchen has a 2 burner cooktop, a microwave that also works as an oven if you want to bake something. there's a dishwasher, refrigerator and a stackable washer and dryer. There's storage in the studio to store belongings and a desk for an area to work. You will see us around the property and we ask that guests be respectful of the shared outdoor area. Guests must be okay with a dog as our pup does like to spend time in the outdoor area. We have heat and an air conditioner which is huge plus in this area. Utilities are included in the price! Parking is available on the street. A parking permit is required to park on our street, a guest can obtain a parking permit from the city, otherwise there is free unlimited parking on the side streets. Guests are required to sign a lease. There is a 1.8% fee on the monthly rate that is applied to all bookings.
