The additional three bedrooms and bathroom are in the hall on the left side of the living room. The first bedroom has a queen bed, and the other two have two full-size beds. The second full bathroom is shared between these bedrooms and has a shower/tub combination. A charcoal grill and picnic table are available out back. Pets are welcome for a non-refundable fee. Violating quiet hours may result in reservation cancellation without a refund. Pets must be crated when left unattended, and all waste must be cleaned up. Evidence of pet hair on furniture or excess hair in the home will incur additional cleaning charges. A $100 charge applies for third-party trash removal if excessive trash is left at the property.
