Easy garage parking is available within a 0.1-mile walk. For long-term stays of 14+ days, you will have access to the on-site garage. Short stays will not have access to the garage. The garage can accommodate medium-sized SUVs and smaller but cannot accommodate large SUVs like Suburbans. Located in the heart of OTR, you're just steps from Old St. Mary's Cathedral and close to sports stadiums, dozens of coffee shops, bars, and restaurants. The neighborhood offers vibrant day-life and night-life, and you can walk everywhere. You're also just steps from the Streetcar line, a free and convenient way of getting around downtown. Nearby attractions include multiple wedding venues such as Old St. Mary's, Woodward Theater, Music Hall, the Vestry, Rhinegeist, Bell Event Center, and more. The elevator is not wide enough to accommodate most wheelchairs. Quiet hours are from 9:30pm to 8am. Parties and amplified music are strictly forbidden without advance written consent. Unauthorized parties may lead to prosecution under Ohio Revised Code and Cincinnati municipal code. Smoking or lighting anything indoors is prohibited and may result in a $300 cleaning fee.
