The dining table seats 8, with additional dining for 3 behind the couch in the second living room. Enjoy two separate living areas, each with a 65” Smart TV, and a variety of seating options for relaxation and entertainment. Pets are welcome with a $150 one-time fee per pet, which must be remitted before check-in. Dogs must be potty trained and housebroken. Any pet urine stains will result in a $250 fee plus the cost of any damages. Additional damage done by any animal will be charged at full replacement cost. Holes dug by dogs must be filled in or repaired prior to check-out, or a $150 fee will be assessed. Concierge services are available, including charcuterie boards, private chef, and grocery delivery. The heated plunge pool is available by request only, and a fire pit with wood is available for $25. Situated just minutes from top attractions like Top Golf and Legends Event Center, Texas A&M University, and Century Square, Casa da Vida offers convenience and accessibility. With H-E-B, Target, Starbucks, restaurants, gyms, and more all under 2 miles away, you'll have everything you need within easy reach. The pool is not fenced, which may not be suitable for small children. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, and events are only allowed if approved, with a contract to be signed and a minimum $250 fee assessed. An additional deposit of $500 is required, paid directly to the owner. Guests will be required to clean any trash and return the property to its original condition. A $150 fee will be assessed if excess trash is left. Guests are responsible for taking all personal items out of the property at or before check-out. The host is not responsible for any items left on site. Guests may arrange pick-up of items with the hosts, and under some circumstances, items will be mailed for a $50 fee along with the cost of shipment. Casa da Vida is equipped with 1 GIG high-speed Wi-Fi, an office in the laundry room with a chair, and a desk and stool in the upstairs Queen bedroom, making it a remote work-friendly environment.
