What you will love about this home: Our home is a large cottage-style home with beautiful landscaping, a pool, and a beautiful large park directly across the street. What you will love about this neighborhood: We live in the beautiful Land Park neighborhood of Sacramento, a few miles south of downtown, and less than a mile from the Sacramento Zoo and Fairytale Town. Walking paths, bike paths, and the river are all very close. Commercial districts are close, along with shopping and restaurants. Additional information We ask for a cleaning fee of $200 (per week or portion thereof) to maintain the property in good keep and/or to get ready for our return or the next guest.
