There is a balcony with outdoor plants, and the inside is decorated with tropical plants. It’s also in a great location and very close to local transit hubs and within walking distance to many desirable amenities. Perks - located within a 5 minute walk to the Cambie Broadway and King Ed stations, #9 and #99 B-line buses (about 35 minutes by bus to UBC) - close to many tasty restaurants and local coffee shops - outdoor pool and BBQ patio area - laundry machines available in the basement (works with an access card) - utils are included (WiFi, heat, electricity, contents insurance) Note: Female preferred.
