Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000. This is a non-smoking home, and smoking indoors will result in a $1,000 fine plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM. Only dogs are allowed, with a maximum of three, and any dogs discovered without prior notice or any cats will incur a fine of $400.
