The pet fee is $50 per pet for the whole stay with a maximum of 2 pets. No large animals allowed. A hypoallergenic cleaning fee for small pets applies. No pets in pools or hot tubs. If evidence of pets in pools or hot tubs is found, guests will receive a $250 fine. Austin is a bike-friendly city, and you’ll find rental bikes and scooters readily available nearby. They're a great way to zip around downtown and beyond. Uber and Lyft are always just a few minutes away, offering quick and easy rides to destinations like South Congress (SoCo), Zilker Park, or the airport. The CapMetro bus and MetroRail offer affordable options to explore Austin, with stops conveniently located nearby. If you're bringing a car, street parking is available. Keep in mind that some areas may have permit or time restrictions. Wherever you're headed, you’re never far from the action! Be aware that the dryer is currently unavailable for use. No confetti or glitter is allowed due to the difficulty of cleanup, with fines ranging from $150 to $300. Extra cleaning fees may apply if the property is left excessively dirty, ranging from $125 to $500. Disruptive gatherings are prohibited on this property. We don’t allow disruptive gatherings, open-invite gatherings, excessive noise, excessive visitors, excessive trash or littering, smoking nuisances, parking nuisances, trespassing, or vandalism.
