Smoking or drugs of any kind, including hookah, are not allowed indoors or on the property. A $1000 fine will be charged for any ash or signs of violations. This includes porches and shared spaces. Parties, events, or loud gatherings are not allowed and may result in immediate cancellation and a $1000 fine. The unit accommodates up to 4 guests, and the number of guests must not exceed the number stated in the reservation. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-outs without prior authorization will incur a $125 fee to cover scheduling disruptions for our turnover team. Excessive trash left in or around the unit may result in an additional $60 cleaning fee. No pets are allowed per apartment complex bylaws. Mail and packages are not allowed.
