No parties or events are allowed, with a party violation resulting in a $250 fine. Smoking indoors is prohibited, with a smoking fee of $200 if violated. Guests are responsible for pet damage, and fees apply as specified by the host. An additional $75 cleaning fee applies for an excessively dirty home. Please load the dishwasher if you’ve used any dishes and leave the BBQ grill clean or be charged a $100 cleaning fee. Glassware is not permitted in or around the pool area, and guests are responsible for the safety and supervision of children in the pool.
