The second floor includes 1 bedroom with a full-size bed and 1 bedroom with a twin-size bed, plus a private full bathroom. You'll find fresh linens, cozy beds, extra pillows, and blankets for a restful stay. The small kitchen corner is perfect for light meals, equipped with a mini-fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, and basic utensils. Outdoor spaces include a peaceful backyard and free parking on the property and street. The peaceful neighborhood ensures a relaxing experience, yet you’ll be just minutes from restaurants, shops, historic sites, parks, and hospitals. Check-in is any time after 3 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. A late check-out without authorization will lead to a night-rate cost penalty. No pets, parties, or smoking allowed, and quiet hours are from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. We have a no-shoes policy inside the home, so we kindly ask you to bring your own indoor slippers or socks.
