The home can be rented short term, or on a long term lease:

The home is fully furnished and has all the amenities you need to enjoy a comfortable stay.

All washroom and kitchen accessories are included, and each bedroom has a wardrobe for storage.

It is very centraly located:
- Shops and restaurants two blocks away
- Downtown Port Coquitlam 5 min drive
- Downtown Vancouver 30-40 min drive
- Various transit options to Vancouver
- Rivers and hiking trails close by
- Community centers, pools, gyms
--PARKING--
Your stay includes free off street (2 spots) and street parking.
--ACCESS--
The rental is the majority of the home. The tenant has full use of the back yard and upstairs patio.
Please note that I currently reside in the ground level suite below. I am quiet and rarely home. See below for option to also rent this suite (not included in quoted price).
--GARAGE--
There is no access into the garage. Use of the garage and workshop will be at an extra cost.
--PETS--
A pet may be negotiable, however a refundable damage deposit would be required in this case.
--OPTION TO RENT FULL HOME--
There is an option to rent the entire home.
This would include a 1 bed 1 bath above ground suite, with a separate kitchen and separate laundry, garage, workshop, and separate entrace (if needed).
