9256 21st Ave Sw · Apartment for Rent

Property Id: 124913 This is a newly remodeled room for sharing in a house, NOT AN APARTMENT. The room is private with a door lock, but the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry are shared with other tenants. We just remodeled the room and another common area in the house, including 4 shared bathrooms and a living room. It comes with a brand-new hardwood floor, a closet, and new paint (in Oct 2025) throughout, too. No drugs (including weeds), heavy drinking, or pets. We are seeking a single person to rent this room. Only 1-2 minutes driving from shops in Westwood Village. Excellent location for buses to SSCC/Downtown/Burien. Room + Utility = $930/month for long term rental. First/Last payment required + $300 refundable Deposit. Last month's rent can be paid within 1-2 months of moving in, depending on the tenant's credit and employment. Not a "Party House". Call/text 206-258-9900 for a showing.
