Covered trash bins are provided in all bathrooms for any other items. Respect the neighbors by adhering to quiet times. Smoking is prohibited inside the home and is only permitted in the designated smoking area in the driveway outside. Please pick up and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Ensure the home is locked and the garage door is closed whenever all guests leave the property. Report maintenance issues and damages immediately to your host. No parties or events beyond the maximum guest capacity of 10 people are allowed. Place all trash into 30-gallon trash bags and dispose of them in the trash cans outside to avoid attracting bears and raccoons. Return everything to its original place before departure.
