Shared parking for one car in the laneway is a possibility, although a central location with public transit going by the front door. A credit check will be required of tenants. I am interested in a tenant with strong communication skills that would be willing to do occasional administrative or labour tasks for money, such as a possible snow shovelling agreement, or showing possibly showing apartments.
