Smoking of any type is not allowed, and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Room #5 will be opened for groups of 12+ guests. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. Parties or large unauthorized gatherings are not allowed. The nightly rate includes the first six guests, and with each additional guest, a $29/night fee will be applied. The fireplace is gas operated and should only be used by those familiar with its proper use, and should not be left unattended. The spa heating element and jets are inoperable. Only registered guests are allowed on the property, and full disclosure of the number of people on the property at any time is required, with security camera verification to comply with local laws.
