Unauthorized parties or gatherings are strictly prohibited and violations will result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund. Smoking is prohibited inside the house. Please respect the neighborhood’s tranquil atmosphere by keeping noise levels low between 10 PM and 7 AM. Being surrounded by nature means occasional wildlife sightings, so do not leave food outside to avoid attracting animals. The fireplace is not available and Sonos is not allowed due to noise restrictions. Maximum occupancy is 13 guests only.
