The home boasts a comfy living area, a large full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and spacious indoor and outdoor dining areas. Relax in the family room equipped with a flat-screen TV and ample seating for the whole family. Indulge in the luxury of a private pool in your own backyard while soaking up the Florida sun. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need to make a big breakfast before an adventure-filled day in Orlando. If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, the cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement weather, we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly, and after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored. Located in Davenport, this vacation home is near theme parks and just minutes from Orlando’s attractions. Solterra Resort is in a great location, just 5 minutes from a supermarket and other stores. There is also an IMAX movie theater and many other stores located at Posner Park, just 7 minutes away. Enjoy world-class meals with your family and friends at many nearby dining options just a couple of miles from the resort. Self check-in and check-out are available. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is self-catering, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third-party bookings are allowed unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Number of vehicles on property should never exceed 4 per reservation. Up to 2 cars may park in the driveway. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors by keeping excessive noise to a minimum during late hours. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure to avoid fines up to $300. Report damages immediately. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund and pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
