Surrounded by restaurants, movies, and shopping, this apartment is near the Eglinton subway station and Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport. Guests must be 25 or over in order to check in. For reservations with 7 nights or more, it is possible to check-in from the age of 18. If smoking occurs inside, or there is damage to the unit or other house rules are violated, the deposit will not be refunded. The unit is equipped with video surveillance to the front door only and a noise detector. If the number of guests exceeds the number specified in the reservation, the reservation may be canceled immediately without any refund. If the alarm is triggered and the smell of any type of smoke is discovered, the reservation may be canceled immediately and a $150 service call and $200 cleaning fee will be charged.
