Smoking is not allowed indoors and will result in an automatic complaint. If you smoke, please do so outside and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Dogs only are allowed. A fee of $60 is required for dogs less than 100 lbs, and a fee of $250 is required for stays of 1+ month for extra cleaning and bedding changes. Bring pet bedding. Owners are liable for damages.
