There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. No third-party bookings are allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of cars on the property at any given time should never exceed 3. Parking is permitted in the driveway in front of the garage, which will accommodate up to 3 vehicles. There is an additional spot available to the left in front of the wooden fenced area. Please respect the neighborhood and be considerate of our neighbors while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 9am. Also, keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. No firearms are allowed on property unless kept locked in a vehicle. We reserve the right to pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Late check-outs may result in a fee of up to $300.
