The home is not baby-proofed. A maximum of 8 guests are allowed to stay overnight. A maximum of 2 additional guests are allowed during daytime hours. The number of cars on the property should not exceed 2 per reservation. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately.
