The Atlantic (Cocoa Beach) and Gulf Coast beaches (Clearwater) are within 60-80 minutes away. Up to two cars may park in the designated spaces in front of the townhouse entry door, as garage parking is not allowed. Vehicles must not extend beyond the paver area. Anyone found parking on the street can be fined up to $100. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes, and violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
