This executive home features 5 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and open-concept living area that leads out to your private outdoor patio, grill, and pool. You will find the laundry room fully equipped with a washer/dryer, baby crib, highchair, vacuum, and cleaning products. The backyard is entirely fenced off, complete with the beautiful free-form pool, sitting/dining area, and hammock. Parking is available for 2 cars in the driveway and 2 on the street. Pets are welcome with a fee of $150 per pet per stay. The nightly rate covers the first six guests, and starting from the seventh guest, an additional fee of $39 per guest per night will be charged. The fifth bedroom will be opened for groups of 12 or more guests. All smart TVs come with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube. The pool and hot tub are serviced twice a week in summer months and once a week all other months. The pool is not heated. This welcoming Rowlett neighborhood offers a peaceful, suburban atmosphere with easy access to parks, dining, and shopping. Enjoy a family-friendly environment with plenty of local amenities, including recreation spots for outdoor activities. Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited, and a violation will incur a $500 fine. Smoking outdoors is allowed, but please ensure all cigarette butts are properly disposed of. No parties or large unauthorized gatherings are allowed, and any violation of the house rules can result in the cancellation of the reservation with no refund. Check-in time is from 4:00 p.m. onwards, and check-out time is at 10 a.m. max. Unregistered guests are not allowed, and street parking is strictly forbidden. For security, there are two cameras: one at the front door overlooking the yard, and another in front of the garage facing the cars. These cameras record 24/7, but there are no cameras inside the house. The dishwasher and ice maker are out of service. The landscaper goes once a week, and pest control service is conducted monthly.
