If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this.

Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, we will cancel your reservation; you will be required to leave the property immediately and you will not be eligible for any refunds. You must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property. Please respect our neighbors with the noise level and ensure that no more than 4 cars are parked at the house. Any additional cars can be parked at the Publix 2 minutes down the street.
