The formal living is through the entryway, with the dining area to your left. Continuing down the hall, you will pass the half bath and laundry room on your left and enter into the second living room that has a futon. To the right, you will find the entrance to the back patio, garage, and grilling area. Looping back inside into the dining room will lead you to the galley kitchen.
Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Pack-N-Play and vacuum are available upon request.
Located less than two miles from downtown and just five miles from the new Montgomery White Water Park, opening summer 2023. Situated in an established neighborhood with mature trees, this home sits in a cul-de-sac, keeping thru traffic to a minimum. It's less than half a mile to Walgreens, Starbucks, and other dining and shopping options.
Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. No more than four cars are allowed. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. Other events are permitted at the home only with prior approval. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, we will cancel your reservation; you will be required to leave the property immediately and you will not be eligible for any refunds. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay. Please bag all trash and place it in the bins provided. There is a $100 charge for third party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property.
We recommend driving and offer parking for our guests. Uber and Lyft service the area as well.
