The community itself is filled with lush greenery and boasts a stunning lake with a walking trail that's perfect for an afternoon stroll. The resort offers a wide range of amenities for its guests, including a clubhouse with a fitness center, game room, and swimming pool. Parking can accommodate up to two vehicles in the driveway parked side by side, and up to two vehicles in the garage. Street parking is prohibited. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on property should never exceed four per reservation. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. No firearms are allowed on property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Check-out time is 10 am. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. If guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules, the trusted partner reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines.
