This is a pet-friendly home with a fee. A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request.
This is a historic neighborhood with stable families. The home is within walking distance of downtown and steps away from 7th St Provisions, and just a few blocks from Chester BBQ.
Parking is available across the street or in the drive; do not park on the grass in front of the home. The house next door is currently under construction and the windows are boarded at this time. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. Other events are permitted at the home only with our prior approval. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, your reservation will be canceled; you will be required to leave the property immediately and you will not be eligible for any refunds. If an excessive amount of trash is left at the property, there is a $100 charge for third party trash removal. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. You must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property.
