The neighborhood is primarily active and retired military families, and most are young with kids of their own, so it's the perfect family spot. Uber, Lyft, and other taxis are available, but driving is encouraged.
Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, we will cancel your reservation; you will be required to leave the property immediately and you will not be eligible for any refunds. There is a $100 charge for third party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. You must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property.
