The home is close to freeway on-ramps. Neighborhood quiet hours are effective 10 PM - 7 AM every day. Trash shall not be left stored within public view, except in proper containers for purposes of collection. There shall be no accumulation or storage of trash and/or debris on the site or within the residence. Vehicles used and traffic generated by residence shall not exceed normal residential levels or unreasonably interfere with the quiet use and enjoyment of any other residences or businesses in the area. Maximum overnight occupancy of the residence shall be limited to four people (two people per bedroom, plus two additional people), inclusive of children. The number of visitors to the residence shall not exceed four at any time. Visitors are not allowed in the residence between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. and shall not stay overnight on the premises. Experiences or services are not allowed on site or inside the home. A security camera is located at the front of the house for your security. There are no cameras inside the property. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
