Guests swim at their own risk, and constant supervision is required for all, especially children and non-swimmers. We do not provide life jackets or any floatation devices. Guests are welcome to bring their own approved safety gear. Children and individuals not proficient in swimming are strongly encouraged to use life jackets while in the pool. The pool availability is subject to HOA guidelines and repair schedules. We will do our best to communicate beforehand of any potential closures by the HOA.
