This apartment has everything you need, including a romantic electric fireplace, 1 bathroom with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hair dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, and there is also a washer and dryer, tea, coffee, kettle, coffeemaker, toaster, iron, and ironing board. A travel crib (for baby 0-18 months) and bed rails are available for $5 per item per night. Please book in advance. Pets are allowed for an extra fee of $10 per pet per night. Pet has to be under 8 KG and must be leashed in all common areas. If you plan to stay with pets, please confirm prior to booking. You'll be steps away from the CN Tower, Rogers Centre, Ripley's Aquarium, Union Metro Station, Financial District, bars, restaurants, Sobeys Grocery Store, and Billy Bishop Airport, with easy access to TTC, LakeShore, and Gardiner ExpressWay. Every guest must provide their personal information prior to check-in. Guests whose names or ID do not match the provided information are not allowed into the building. The minimum age for booking is 18 years. The apartment is equipped with video surveillance to the front door only and a noise detector (no cameras are inside the unit). The front door will be checked for the number of guests as well as the noise level to avoid any type of parties. The partner has the right to cancel your reservation immediately without any refund if the number of guests exceeds the number specified in the reservation. If you plan to invite any additional guests, please inform the partner in advance. Any type of smoking (cigarettes or marijuana) is prohibited inside the apartment or building. If the alarm is triggered and the smell of any type of smoke is discovered, the partner has the right to cancel your reservation immediately and charge you $150 for a service call and $200 for cleaning fees. Check-in is after 3PM, and check-out is before 11AM. Late check-out may be possible but must be notified well in advance. Your request will be reviewed and accommodated if possible.
