Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. Breaking any of the house rules will result in a charge of $500 each. Absolutely no plants in the apartment are to be moved. No loud music is allowed at any time. No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed. No smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are allowed on the property; smoking is allowed outside the apartment only. No additional unregistered guests are allowed. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $300 violation charge.
