For March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. The north side pool and hot tub will be temporarily closed due to the scheduled post-tension repair project. Balcony access will be restricted between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM for units in the 07 stack (Units 1207-207) and the 06 stack (Units 1206-206) due to potential falling debris and concrete chipping. Indoor and south side pools will remain open, and all floors and units will remain accessible. Any violation of the no-smoking policy in the unit/house or on the balcony will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am, and violators will be charged a $200 fine. The condominium association has a strict no-pets policy, which applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. The traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation. Violators of the no parties or events policy will be charged a $500 fine. For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
