There will be a $200 charge if the no-smoking rule is not followed. There cannot be any more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any one time, a violation could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund. Please refrain from making noise past 11 pm. A late check-out fee of $50 (if not authorized) applies for check-outs after 11:00 am. Excessively dirty units will incur an additional cleaning fee. Guests who make reservations for over 28 days must sign a standard lease agreement and agree to a background check before check-in. If these policies are violated it will result in your reservation being terminated with no refund and guests asked to leave premises. The bunk room includes a recently added workspace, perfect for remote work or study time.
