Absolutely no smoking is allowed in the house or patio/pool area. In case of any signs of smoking, there will be an additional non-refundable fee of $250 USD plus tax charged. No commercial vehicles, boats, house trailers, boat trailers, mobile homes, campers or trailers of any description shall be parked in any parking space. Pets are not allowed inside the pool at any time. Unauthorized pets will incur a non-refundable penalty fee of USD$500 plus tax per stay. Trash removal is expected, and there will be an additional USD$100 fee plus tax for an excessive amount of trash left in the house or overflowing bins. Guests are responsible for any violation and/or additional fees charged by the community association for incorrect disposal of trash.
