A complimentary basic starter kit is provided, including one toilet paper per bathroom, one small bar soap per bathroom, one paper towel per kitchen, one trash bag per can, one dish detergent, one sponge, laundry detergent for one load, and mini shampoo and conditioner. Smoking is not allowed in the house or patio/pool area. A non-refundable fee of $250 USD plus tax will be charged for any signs of smoking. Pets are not allowed inside the pool at any time. A fee of $35 USD plus tax per day is required for pool heating with a minimum of 3 consecutive days. A $35 USD fee plus tax is required for the usage of the grill. Unauthorized pool heating will be charged. Guests must practice reasonable caution when using the pool. Children are not allowed in the pool unsupervised and an adult must be always present. The outside screen doors of the enclosure area of the pool are kept padlocked for your safety and security. Only the pool cleaning staff will access it once a week for their regular maintenance service visit. No pets of any kind are permitted in the swimming pool at any time.
