Neighborhood enforced quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am daily. No loud music, voices, or any other loud noises are allowed during quiet hours. No smoking of any substance is allowed at any time on the property or within 20 feet from any windows or doors. All windows and doors must be closed when smoking nearby the unit. A $250 smoke remediation fee or the actual cost of remediation, whichever is higher, will be assessed. Only those guests stated on the reservation are allowed on the property without prior consent. Any approved visitors must vacate the property by 10 pm each day. Visitors present between 10 pm and 6 am will be counted as overnight guests and charged accordingly: Disclosed Guests (Prior Notice Given): $15/Night/Guest over 2 years old and Undisclosed Guests: $40/Night/Guest over 2 years old. Unauthorized parties and events will be grounds for immediate termination of your reservation without a refund. The maximum number of occupants in the unit is 4 guests at all times. Please do not tamper with any security devices on the premises (inside or out). Doing so can result in termination of your reservation and/or a fine of at least $100 or the cost of remediation. Sharing of door codes and/or building fobs without prior authorization is grounds for immediate termination of your reservation without a refund. No unregistered animals will be allowed on the property at any time. Lost or non-return of the parking pass is $100. Pets will need to be added as an extra guest on the reservation for $10 per night.
