A washer and dryer, ironing board, and iron are available for guest use. Enjoy the private gated wraparound balcony with breathtaking views of the sunrise or sunset. Enjoy access to the seasonally heated community pool, hot tub, and community charcoal grills with a picnic area available year-round. As a family-friendly location, a pack and play, high chair (booster seat style), and plastic cups, plates, bowls, and silverware are available for guest use, free of charge. Located in the desirable Crystal Beach neighborhood within the Grand Caribbean community, this apartment is a 3-minute walk to gorgeous public beach access. You are in the heart of Crystal Beach, with wonderful shopping, amazing restaurants, and plenty of public beach access. Some food, drink, and activities to check out include AJ’s Seafood & Oyster Bar, Camille’s for Crystal Beach Coffee or Camille’s Wine Bar, Crab Island Cruise/Tours, Deep Sea Fishing Cruises, Emerald Island Kayaks, The Donut Hole, Harbor Walk Village, Harbor Evening Cruise (or Tiki Cruises), and Hydro Jet Dolphin Cruises. Check-in is at 4:00 PM CST and check-out is at 10:00 AM CST. Luggage is not to be left at the property after check-out due to liability. Guests are not able to have mail shipped to the property, as there is no access to the mailbox. This community does not permit pets at any time. Due to this being a residential community, noise ordinances are at 10pm sharp. Excessive noise, parties, illegal activity, or disturbances are not permitted at any time. If police or local authorities are called and eviction is necessary, no refunds will be issued.
