For monthly guests, there is a Utility Cap of $350; guests will be responsible for any overages. Shoes must be removed upon entry. No parties are allowed. Unplugging, tampering with, or covering any Wi-Fi, outdoor security cams, locks, etc., is prohibited and fees will apply. Unlawful use of our home (illegal activities or substances, etc.) is prohibited. Coasters must be used under all glasses, cups, or mugs to prevent water rings and stains. Trivet mats must be used for hot pots to prevent heat damage to surfaces. Do not put metal, plastic, egg shells, grease, potato peels, bones, coffee grounds, pasta, or celery in the garbage disposal—throw them away. If it stops working, press the small red button under the sink or use an Allen wrench to free it up. Please keep pets off the beds, comforters, and sofas to avoid extra cleaning or replacement fees if bedding, towels, carpets, or furniture are stained, chewed, or covered in heavy fur. All pets must be declared, and undeclared pets (including ESAs) will incur a $200 fee per pet. Includes blazing-fast Gigabit Wi-Fi for remote productivity and a motorized work desk.
