Pets must be on a leash at all times when outside the unit. Pets are not to be tied or staked outside the apartment. Residents living in upstairs apartments with a balcony must not leave the pet on the balcony for extended lengths of time. Patios should be kept clean of any pet waste. If the barking of a tenant’s dog becomes a constant issue for the quiet enjoyment of the premises by other residents through documentation by several residents, then tenant and owner will discuss positive ways to mitigate this disturbance. If the tenant is unwilling to mitigate this disturbance, then tenant will be asked to relocate or face possible eviction. If you do not pick up after your dog, a fine will be charged.
Please note that a refundable security deposit of $1,000 is required and must be paid directly to the partner after the booking is confirmed.
