Guests have free access to the community water park, lazy river, amenity center, and clubhouse at The Retreat at ChampionsGate. Additional resort facilities include a fitness center, movie theater, games room, playground, volleyball courts, an 18-hole golf course, driving range, putting green, 6 clay tennis courts, and a tennis clubhouse. Pool heat and/or hot tub usage requires a written request a week prior to check-in and incurs a daily fee of $35. Additional fees may apply if a week's notice is not given. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Events are not allowed. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. The home is not baby-proofed. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Please wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors by being considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. After it rains, there may be a few small bugs that wash off the screen and into the pool, and the pool may appear slightly discolored. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately.
