A small surcharge applies, and we kindly ask that each pet brings their own bed and stays off the property’s furniture and beds. Parking is free and exclusively for compact cars. This unit is centrally located just minutes from major attractions, dining, shopping, and entertainment. Downey Park is about 5 minutes away, offering picnic areas, walking trails, and a playground. Waterford Lakes Town Center is about 10 minutes away, featuring retail stores, restaurants, and a movie theater. Blanchard Park is also about 10 minutes away, with trails for walking, jogging, and biking along the Little Econ River. Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited and will result in an automatic complaint. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM; please keep noise to a minimum. A security camera is installed outside near the entrance for everyone’s safety and should not be unplugged or tampered with during your stay. We allow a maximum of 2 dogs per stay. The fee is $60 for each dog under 100 lbs, and $250 for a stay of 1+ month for extra cleaning and bedding changes. All dogs must be declared in advance, be house-trained and non-aggressive, require a crate if left alone indoors, require a leash when outside, and owners are liable for damages. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Max occupancy: 7 guests, all listed in pre-arrival form.
