This home is jam-packed with amenities and has everything you need for an amazing vacation, including a fully stocked chef’s kitchen with high-end appliances, ample cabinetry, a large refrigerator, a large island with high seating, and a coffee maker (Keurig and drip). Enjoy the indoor fireplace, game room with ping pong table, pool table, video games, board and card games, and the home gym. Beach essentials, a washer and dryer, and bathrooms for each bedroom are also available.
Enjoy the heated private pool for $75 per night. The pool can be heated to about 20-25 degrees above the ambient temperature and must be heated for the entirety of your stay. We recommend the pool is heated in the months between October to May each year and require at least a 3-day notice before your arrival if you'd like the pool heated.

No parties are allowed, and violations may result in immediate termination of the stay. Guests must be 21 years or older to book this property. Planning to host a small gathering or event during your stay requires prior consent and must follow community guidelines, noise ordinances, and occupancy limits.
